The room at Jm Guesthouse Hongdae was just what we needed. It was cozy and had a homey feel. The air conditioning was a blessing during the hot summer days in Seoul. The free private parking was also a great convenience for our family.

I personally wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

Had nicely decorated room with separate bathroom and central heating, a microwave and a fridge. We were offered a delicious breakfast with peanut butter available and tea or coffee, as for instance. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was helpful and amiable during all this time. Location: the hotel was really close to subway, Sinchon station and many restaurants nearby, and restaurant and place.

Quirky place with friendly staff and a lively area. Loved carrying my heavy suitcases up to the 3rd floor, definitely a great workout. It was also amusing to use the smoking area on the 5th floor staircase.

The only downside is that there is only one toilet per floor, which may cause some inconvenience during peak periods.

I recently stayed at JM Guesthouse Hongdae for a week during my trip to Korea. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The facilities were clean and exactly as pictured. The host, JM, was incredibly helpful and responsive, even providing detailed directions to the hostel. The highlight was definitely the delicious Korean breakfast cooked by JM's mom. I had a comfortable sleep and would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The location was fantastic, near Sinchon station and walking distance to Hongdae. The AC in every room helped beat the summer heat and the separate rooms with keys provided privacy. The staff, a nice mother and son team, were helpful and the place was clean with comfortable beds. The homemade Korean breakfast was a delicious bonus and the owner being on-site was convenient in case of any needs.

The affordable price and friendly host were a big bonus, with the host even helping us carry our luggage up to the 5th floor. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the Metro and bus. The free breakfast served every morning was a nice touch, offering a variety of options including traditional Korean food.

We had a fabulous stay at Jm Guesthouse. The owner was incredibly friendly and communication was always prompt. The place was spotless, with the owner seen cleaning multiple times during our stay. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Sinchon with endless things to do nearby. It was also easy to catch public transportation to explore the rest of the city. The breakfast prepared by the owner's mom was delicious and varied, giving us a taste of Korean home-cooked meals. Additionally, the free laundry service was a great added convenience. our experience at Jm Guesthouse was fantastic.
